The ‘Flintstone House’ has finally found a Buyer after Two Years on the Market

The ‘Flintstone House’ was first put on the market in September 2015 for $4.2 million. The house was listed by San Francisco Realtor Just Meuschke of Alain Pinel Realtors. Located in Hillsborough California, an upscale suburb in the area, the home has been updated to a “sale pending” status. The property is in one of the wealthiest communities in America, right off of Highway 280. According to Trulia, the median sales price for homes in Hillsborough is about $4.37 million.

With a kitchen designed by architect Eugene Tsui, the house is enriched with lighted niches and appliance enclosures, glass countertops encased with diagonal metal spines, swinging wood cut out doors, drawers, and cabinets. The door was created by famed Burning Man artist, Dan Das Mann, and the living room was built with a sunk-in conversation pit with circular seating. The home overlooks the Crystal Springs Reservoir.

Austin Welcomes New Nonstop Flight to London

Austin-based Windshield Repair Company Offers Free Repairs When Broken To Save Distressed Dogs

The Texas heat is going up and so are the numbers of animals left in vehicles unattended. Jeremy Driscoll, the owner of JRD Windshield Repair, decided to use his skills to make a difference by offering free car window replacement and installation to anyone who breaks a vehicle’s window to save an animal in distress.


The state Good Samaritan law protects anyone who breaks a car window to save a child, but Texas does not protect against those attempting to save animals. Driscoll decided to take a stand as well as make a point that furry family members are important too. Way to go Jeremy!

Ted Cruz to Hold Healthcare Discussion in Austin

Texas Senator Ted Cruz is headed to Austin Thursday evening to talk to veterans as part of his statewide tour to discuss his version of the proposed Senate health care plan. Sen. Cruz was invited by the Concerned Veterans for America to conduct a town hall-style meeting that will focus on issues faced by veterans.

The Cain Team Hosts Annual Travis Country 4th of July Parade

The Cain Team celebrated this Independence Day at the Annual Travis Country 4th of July Parade.  It was a festive morning with streets lined of red, white and blue as the parade kicked off at 9 AM. The parade included yummy refreshments, patriotic tattoos, balloon art, Kona Ice snow cones, and a water balloon fight -- a very patriotic event enjoyed by all! A big thank you to the Austin Fire Department for leading the way in our festive parade!
