Having been assigned to different client-facing roles in her previous career, Paulene always seeks to grow her passion in serving clients and building relationships. Prior to joining the Cain Team, she was a program manager and project manager in one of the top IT companies. She has PMP certification and ITIL accreditations, and brings with her a wealth of experience in providing outstanding customer service and partnering with key stakeholders.
